Vladyslav Kepko  has deep expertise in employment and military law affairs, advising on complex employment projects and routine employment tasks, with unique skills in military law matters. Vladyslav is also involved in commercial projects and is an experienced tax lawyer.

Vladyslav invests much of his time into supporting Ukrainian business entering foreign markets, including business and staff relocations.

Prior to joining the SYROTA DZIS MELNYK team, Vladyslav held the consultant position in the tax dispute resolution practice at one of the «Big Four» companies, where he gained an experience in defending the multimillion incomes of the clients, large taxpayers, both local and foreign businesses, in tax disputes.
