SDM Partners team is glad to admit that the judicial system of Ukraine has proved its effectiveness in protecting the interests of foreign investors. Mykola Melnyk and Dmytro Syrota successfully protected the interests of Royal Canin Ukraine LLC in the litigation against the Tax Service of Ukraine. As a result, the tax claim related to income tax were canceled. In addition, a court fee was successfully recovered from the tax authority in favor of the company.
