Mykola Melnyk began his legal practice in 1994 in a law firm that focused primarily on providing services to Ukrainian and multinational corporate clients. Then Mr. Melnyk headed a legal department of the Ukrainian branch of a large multinational company that operates in the food industry, where he managed all legal work, inter alia in corporate direction, intellectual property, contract law, employment law, real estate, tax, investment law and in many other areas. Prior to founding of SDM Partners Law Firm, Mr. Melnyk has worked for an international law firm as a partner, providing legal assistance to Ukrainian and foreign clients in various areas of law.
