Andrii Poleshko has a deep expertise in supporting various commercial projects. Andrii advises multinational and Ukrainian clients on various aspect of commercial agreements, investment and cross-border transactional documents, commercial structuring for product and sales operations in Ukraine.

He also supports the clients in communication with the authorities on commercial matters, leads complex negotiations and dispute resolution relating to various business operations, has deep practical knowledge in compliance and KYC procedures.

Besides, Andrii deals with complex projects involving Ukrainian and EU laws, focusing on business restructuring, corporate changes and facilitating business entity lifecycle from incorporation to termination, alongside investment support.
