Land lease auctions soon: the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade informs that the state enterprise “Prozorro. Sales” starts a pilot project with the State Geocadastre. Within the framework of this project, the lots in the form of landlease rights will appear in the “ProZorro.Sales“ system.
The first landlease lots appear in ” ProZorro.Sales” in November. And in the future, the first auctions will take place.
The preparations for the launch of land lease auctions lasted several months. The pilot project for the lease of land was secured through amendments to the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 21, 2017 No. 688, which approved the Procedure for the implementation of the pilot project for conducting electronic land tenders.
How does “ProZorro.Sales” operate?
An innovative two-tier system
- (a) Electronic platforms are connected to a central database (CDB);
- (b) All information entering the CDB is instantly displayed on all sites;
- (c) Buyers can find the lot and bid on any site.
Open data:
- (a) After the auction, all data is disclosed and published on the portal;
- (b) Any provider can develop services based on open data.
The process of conducting electronic land sales:
- (a) Announcement;
- (b) Reception of proposals;
- (c) Prequalification;
- (d) Trades;
- (e) Signing the protocol;
- (e) Contract.
“ProZorro.Sales” is an electronic two-tier model auction system with the help of which the state controls the database where the auctions take place and the private sites, connected to the database, have equal rights and access.
