The Government continues to work on the abrogation and revision of regulatory and legal acts regulating certain types of economic activity (environmental protection, town planning legislation, job placement, tourism services, space activities and a number of other areas) in order to eliminate unnecessary administrative barriers and procedures.
The Cabinet of Ministers worked on a regular list of such acts and at the meeting on July 18, 2018, by order No. 505-r, the part was canceled, and some recommended for review by the departments.
The order will allow to bring the regulatory field (in the part of subordinate regulatory legal acts) in accordance with the requirements of the laws of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”, “On the licensing system in the field of economic activity”, “On the list of permits in the field of licensing” “On tourism”.
Ministries and departments within six months from the date of publication of Order No. 505-r are ordered to submit for approval to the Government the procedures for conducting permissive (conciliation) procedures, reissuing and canceling permits.
The order came into force. Point 1, by which the Cabinet abolishes the NAP, comes into force six months after publication.
