On 08 May 2025, the Verkhovna Rada ratified the Agreement on the Establishment of the US-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, signed on 30 April 2025, which, inter alia, consolidated the parties’ commitment to strategic partnership and general provisions for facilitating the Fund’s activities.
In order to implement the provisions of this Agreement, a Limited Partnership Agreement between the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) on the part of the United States and the State Agency for the Support of Public-Private Partnerships on the part of Ukraine, as well as an agreement that will set out the principles of the Fund’s operation, are to be concluded.
