On 16 June 2026, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 762 entered into force, amending the Procedure for the Use of Funds Provided in the State Budget to Support Farming Enterprises and Other Agricultural Producers.
The innovations alter the conditions of access to state subsidies and grants by consolidating related producers and tightening control over the presence of budget arrears.
In particular, the following key changes are envisaged:
- farming enterprises and agricultural producers that are related persons in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine will be considered as a single applicant; therefore, the requirements for obtaining support will be applied to the entire group cumulatively;
- to receive support, an enterprise must have no outstanding debt as of the 1st day of the month preceding the submission of the application;
- verification of the absence of debt will be carried out automatically through an electronic data exchange with the State Tax Service of Ukraine (primarily through the “Trembita” system) without the applicant’s participation.
