On 13 June 2025, Resolution No. 688 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 11 June 2025, which provides for the implementation of a pilot project for the implementation and operation of an electronic system for supporting entrepreneurship – the “Онлайн-кабінет підприємця” (Online Cabinet of the Entrepreneur), with personalised recommendations for small and medium-sized businesses, and approves the relevant procedure for implementing this pilot project, came into force.
On 11 June 2025, the Ministry of Digital Transformation provided details on this, including the following:
- Entrepreneurs will receive push notifications in Diia and will be able to immediately go to the relevant section on the Diia.Business portal.
- To receive personalised recommendations, entrepreneurs will be able to voluntarily share data with Diia.Business through document sharing in Diia.
- The system will use impersonal data from the State Tax Service and the Ministry of Justice to automatically group businesses and better understand their needs.
- In addition to recommendations, the Online Cabinet of the Entrepreneur will allow collecting feedback, measuring user satisfaction and tracking the impact of state support on business development.
Currently, the Online Cabinet of the Entrepreneur functionality has already been created and is undergoing technical testing, and once the necessary data is uploaded, it will be officially launched.
