On 15 April 2025, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading Draft Law No. 11044, which amends the Law of Ukraine “On the Organisation of Labour Relations under Martial Law” in terms of conducting inspections for mobbing.
Thus, the amendments provide that the State Labour Service of Ukraine will be able, upon the request of an employee or trade union, to carry out not only unscheduled state supervision (control) over compliance with labour legislation by legal entities and the detection of informal labour relations and the legality of termination of employment contracts, but also over mobbing.
At the same time, such unscheduled inspections for mobbing cannot be carried out simultaneously with unscheduled inspections on any other issues.
The Draft Law is currently being prepared for the signature of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.
