On 18 May 2026, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine published the Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Some Issues of the Functioning of the Unified State Electronic System of Permitting Documents” concerning the expansion of the functionality of the Unified State Electronic System of Permitting Documents (“ePermit”).
The document, in particular, provides for:
- the possibility of obtaining certain administrative services through the Unified State Electronic System of Permitting Documents;
- determining the specifics of information interaction of the “ePermit” system with other electronic information resources;
- digitizing declarations on conducting business activities during the period of martial law;
- unifying the rules of interaction between authorities and business entities, regardless of the region or authority.
Thus, the adoption of this resolution will allow business entities to automate permitting procedures, minimize the risks of errors, and reduce administrative pressure on business.
