Social Indicators Update

From 01 October 2022, certain important social indicators will change:

a minimum monthly salary – 6 700 UAH,
a minimum monthly insurance contribution (UIC) – 1 474 UAH,
minimum living wage – 2 600 UAH, for the persons able to work – 2 684 UAH.

The mentioned amendments were set by 2022 State Budget of Ukraine.

Automatization of Certain Registration Actions

On 26 September 2022, Law of Ukraine No. 2255-IX introduced new amendments permitting certain automatic registration actions in the Unified State Register of the Legal Entities, Physical Persons – Entrepreneurs and Public Formations (USR) through an electronic portal, using a qualified electronic signature, with no state registrar’s interfering.

This regulation shall be applicable to the following registration actions:

state registration of an individual as an entrepreneur (IE),
state registration of amendments to data on an IE, as well as an IE’s termination,
state registration of a legal entity,
state registration of amendments to data on a legal entity requiring NO decision of participants / owners (for example, change of contact information, types of activities),
state registration of amendments to data on a legal entity that require a decision of the participants / owners (excluding amendments concerning the amount of the authorized capital and shares’ distribution in it), as well as a decision on termination of a legal entity – provided that the relevant decision was adopted by the participants / owners unanimously, that is confirmed by their qualified electronic signatures.

Should any objections / bans appear regarding registration actions, the USR will inform the applicant regarding them and block the registration.

If one decides to challenge the relevant actions / decisions, such registration shall be considered made by the USR technical administrator.
