Ukrainian E-Signatures and Seals on Digital Documents can be Verified in EU Member States
Ukraine became the first non-EU country to be included in the trust list of the European Union. Due to this, Ukrainian electronic signatures and seals on digital documents will be able to be automatically checked in EU member states, confirming its validity.
Thus, Ukrainians will be able to sign any European contracts, statements and other documents by “Diia.Signature-EU”.
This opens up new opportunities for Ukrainian businesses that wish to use the electronic form of documents while cooperating with companies from the EU.
Let us please remind you that Ukraine has already recognized the qualified trust services of the EU. This enables EU citizens to use their national qualified certificates for electronic signatures or seals in Ukraine or when doing business with companies in Ukraine.
It is Determined which Employees cannot be Booked by Employers from Mobilization
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine provided a list of scarce military accounting specialties by which employees are not subject to booking, in its Letter dated 14.04.2023.
From the number of rank and file, sergeant and senior staff, persons with the following military accounting specialties are not subject to booking (according to Order No. 317): 003, 004, 008, 015, 016, 019, 021, 028, 029, 034, 035, 036, 037, 039, 047, 048, 054, 055, 058, 065, 069, 070, 071, 072, 106, 107, 108, 110, 113, 117, 118, 1 21, 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 139, 140, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 153, 163, 178, 183, 184, 210, 216, 2 20, 221, 223, 225, 233, 234, 245, 248, 250, 251, 260, 261, 262, 265, 267, 307, 320, 323, 326, 340, 379, 381, 382, 383, 403, 4 20, 460, 474, 500, 501, 502, 503, 507, 525, 527, 528, 530, 531, 538, 543, 544, 549, 550, 554, 569.
Among the officers, persons with the following military accounting specialties groups are not subject to booking: 02, 03, 04, 06, 08, 09, 10, 12, 14, 34, 44, 46, 49, 50, 52, 53, 54, 70, 90.
Let us please remind you that on 27.01.2023, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a new procedure for booking conscripts and criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population. Employees of such enterprises will be subject to the reservation from now on. More about the reservation procedure can be found in our earlier note.
