It is supposed to be five days off in a row at Easter

The Government recommends managers of enterprises (except for the Pension Fund, Ukrposhta, the State Treasury and banking institutions) to reschedule working days in 2019 as follows for employees having a five-day working week with two days off on Saturday and Sunday:
(а) Tuesday, April 30 to Saturday, May 11;
(б) Monday, December 30 to Saturday, December 21;
(в) Tuesday, December 31 to Saturday, December 28.
This is prescribed by the relevant Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 7-p.
Shifting of working days is explained by celebration of May 1 – Labor Day and January 1 2020 – New Year, since these public holidays fall on Wednesday. Thus, it is anticipated there will be 5 days off from April 27 to May 1, 2019 (April 28 (Sunday) – Easter, so the day off is shifted to Monday, April 29). May 9 (Thursday) is supposed to be one day off, and May 11 (Saturday) is a working day for April 30. In the New Year, there will be 4 days off from December 29, 2019 to January 1, 2020 (but on December 30 and 31 off shall be worked off in advance on December 21 and 28 days).
