The Ukrainian government is actively trying to attract foreign investment, in particular, in the modernization of railways, ports and maritime infrastructure, as well as airports. The fact that Ukraine is an attractive place for investors from Poland was confirmed by our managing partner Dmytro Syrota during the seminar organized by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency on April 16, 2018 in Warsaw, where he spoke about the protection of a foreign investor in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Tatiana Koryakina, the associate of a leading Polish law firm Domański Zakrzewski Palinka sp. k., presented legal aspects in the context of the company’s expansion to the foreign market.
