Ukraine launches a database of all companies’ beneficial owners. The relevant information on the beneficiaries is available at the state portal of open data.
In addition, Ukraine has joined the Transparency International initiative to ensure transparency of corporate data, and counteract corruption. Therefore, data on the ultimate owners of Ukrainian enterprises will be also available within the Global Registry of Beneficial Owners.
