Tax Invoice’s Updated Form is in Effect

On 01.08.2023, Order No. 256 of the Ministry of Finance dated 17.05.2023 entered into force.

The document, inter alia, amends:

  • the form of tax invoice and the procedure for its filling, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance dated 31.12.2015 No. 1307;
  • VAT tax reporting forms and the procedure for its completion and submission, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance dated 28.01.2016 No. 21.

Let us please note that the application of updated forms begins with:

  • 01.08.2023 – for tax invoices and adjustment calculations for the purpose of their further submission for registration in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices;
  • 01.09.2023 – for VAT tax declaration, which is submitted starting from the reporting period for August 2023, and for clarifying calculations on VAT tax liabilities in connection with the correction of self-identified errors.

Dates of Public Holidays have been Changed: Law Entered into Force

On 30.07.2023, Law of Ukraine No. 3258-IX “On Amendments to Article 73 of the Labor Code of Ukraine” entered into force.

Let us please remind you that this Law changed the official dates of the following holidays:

  • 25 December – Christmas (instead of 7 January);
  • 15 July – Day of Ukrainian Statehood (instead of 28 July);
  • 1 October – Ukraine Defender Day (instead of 14 October).
