Potential buyers can declare the state property of interest to them

The State Property Fund has determined the procedure for the submission and consideration of applications for the inclusion of state facilities in the lists of large or small privatization.

The department has adopted the corresponding order on May 22, 2018 under No. 675 and it has come into force.

Apply potential buyers – physical persons (citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens) or legal entities (registered in the territory of Ukraine or the legal entity of other states).

For objects of large and small privatization, two forms of applications have been approved. Provision is made for submitting an application in one copy for objects of small privatization and in duplicate for large objects. The applicants submit the completed forms to the state bodies of privatization at the location of the privatized object.

The application for inclusion in the list of objects of large-scale privatization is attached: for non-resident legal entities, a document on registration in the state of its location; for natural persons – citizens of Ukraine – a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine; for foreign citizens – a copy of the passport.

Accordingly, the application for inclusion on the list of small-scale privatization objects is attached: for non-resident legal entities, a document on registration in the state of its location; for natural persons – citizens of Ukraine – a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine; for foreign citizens – a copy of the identity document.

The law, which divides state property into small and large-scale privatization, entered into force on March 7, 2018.
