Restoration Of Access Of Notaries And Registrars To State Registers

On 21 January 2025, the press service of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine informed that important data had been updated by public and private bailiffs, which restored access to the State Register of Real Property Rights for notaries and state registrars.The following services are now available again:

  • conducting real estate transactions due to the restoration of the State Register of Real Property Rights;
  • conducting inspections for transactions through access to the Unified Register of Debtors;
  • obtaining administrative services through state registrars and ASCs;
  • changing registration of vehicles at the Service Centres of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Ministry of Justice also reports that the registry-related services in the application and on the Diia portal will also gradually resume.
