On Dec. 1, 2018 the newspaper “Voice of Ukraine” published an announcement about the creation and maintenance of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunications System.
The trial operation of the system starts from March 1, 2019, and consists of 8 subsystems (modules):
- (a) The single contact center of the judicial authority of Ukraine;
- (b) A single subsystem for managing financial and business processes;
- (c) Official email address (Electronic Cabinet);
- (d) Official web portal “Judicial Power of Ukraine”;
- (e) Unified State Register of Court Decisions;
- (e) Electronic Court subsystem;
- (g) Module “Automated distribution”;
- (h) Module “Judicial Statistics”.
Since June 4, 18 pilot courts have been connected to the “Electronic Court”. In connection with the introduction of a unified system, they should change the order of keeping the register of court decisions. For the full launch of the electronic court, the courts must scan case files.
