Land auctions in Ukraine will pass through ProZorro Sales: a pilot project to launch electronic land auctions implemented by the Government team.
Corresponding changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of June 21, 2017 No. 688 were made by Resolution No. 492 of June 20, 2018.
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy noted that the State Geo database, as the organizer of the auction, will be able to use external electronic platforms for realizing lease rights for agricultural land plots of state ownership. The variety of entry points for potential buyers will increase the level of transparency of the process, and the online bidding format will attract the maximum number of participants, including a new pool of buyers who are already regular users of the system ProZorro Sales.
The pilot project on land sale will last until April 15, 2019.
