On 01 July 2025, the electronic system of the State Register of Hazardous Factors is launched in Ukraine in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 588.
All chemical and biological hazards – chemicals and substances of biological origin, as well as those included in chemical products produced and/or used in Ukraine or imported from abroad – will be subject to state registration in the new electronic system.
A chemical substance that is part of a chemical product must be registered if it is intentionally released during the use of such a product, and if its concentration is 10 per cent or more.
This new electronic system will operate temporarily until 01 March 2030.
